A Weekend Camp of 2 nights to understand the legend & significance of Maha Shivaratri includes:
An adventurous way to learn Indian culture, foster camaraderie & develop team spirit.
Learning ways to calm the mind & energize the body.
Enacting stories with moral lessons in Human Values.
Learning about the 5 roots of "The Respect Tree".
Understanding the values of Compassion, Simplicity & Self-Control.
Becoming "Little Gardeners" for a day.
Learning the importance of becoming socially responsible earth-lovers.
Getting first-hand experience of the joy of giving.
Learning to merrily dance to the tunes of the song of Shiva.
Participating in mindfulness & meditation session.
Gearing up for the grand celebration of Maha Shivaratri night to end the camp with a cultural evening & bhajan program.
