Why we’re launching a "Zero-Tuition" Sanctuary for Mumbai kids?

Like many of you, we’ve been frustrated with the "pressure-cooker" schooling system and the endless screen time. We decided to do something radical.


We’ve built a 3-acre nature sanctuary in Karjat called Shayopram.

We are launching on June 1st with our "Founding 4" batch.

  • Logistics Sorted: We provide Sunday-Friday doorstep pick-up/drop for Mumbai families.

Why did we build a school with no tuition fees and no screens?


The Indian education system is at a breaking point. Parents are trapped in a cycle of high fees, "factory-model" coaching, and the digital isolation of their children. Meanwhile, students are graduating as "Job-Seekers" with certificates but zero real-world self-reliance.


We decided to build the antidote. It’s called Shayopram LifeLessons.


Located in the serene hills of Karjat (3 acres) and the foothills of Dehradun (1.5 acres), we are launching our inaugural "Founding 4" batch on June 1st, 2026.


Here is how we are flipping the script:

  1. The Zero-Tuition Experiment: 📉We have eliminated tuition fees. Parents only cover the operational cost of the child’s Sattvic nutrition and AC residential facilities. Why? Because education should be a mission, not a commodity.

  2. The Expense-to-Equity Model: 📈This is our most radical move. Every rupee a parent pays for facility charges is converted into Equity Coupons in the child’s name. By Grade XII, the student doesn't just get a degree; they get an ownership stake in the academy or seed funding for their own startup through our ₹10,00,000 Entrepreneurial Sponsorship.

  3. The Digital Detox: 📵We are a zero-screen campus. Our 8-Dimensional curriculum is delivered through hands-on experience - from AI Ethics and Machine Learning (taught via first-principles) to Carpentry, Farming, and Vedic Wisdom. We wake up at 4:00 AM to catch the Earth's energy, not our phone notifications.

  4. The Job-Giver Mindset: 🚀We don't train kids for placements. We train them for sovereignty. Whether it’s learning Capital Efficiency from 15-year taxation veterans or building team leverage, our students are groomed to be the employers of tomorrow.

  5. Zero Logistical Friction: 🚚We know city parents are busy. We provide free doorstep pick-up on Sunday evenings and safe drop-back on Friday evenings. The weekend is for family; the week is for the sanctuary.


We are 14 days away from our launch. We are looking for 4 visionary students (Grade 1-12) and "Master Mentors" who are tired of the rat race and ready for the "i to We" journey.
