05:30: Ganpati-Lakshmi-Saraswati fire oblation for wisdom, success and prosperity
06:30: Dry fruit bowl with Meal Mantra
Sunrise: Sun oblation with Sun Mantra
07:00 to 08:00: Milk with breakfast with Meal Mantra
08:00 to 09:00: Session 1 with Knowledge Mantra
Non-residential day school students join in at 09:00
09:00 to 09:30: Physical mobility exercise
09:30 to 10:00: Mantra recitation: Peace Mantra, Task Initiation Mantra, Navgrah Shanti Mantra, Mrit Sanjeevani Mantra
10:00 to 11:00: Session 2 with Knowledge Mantra
11:00 to 11:30: Fruit bowl with Meal Mantra
11:30 to 12:30: Session 3 with Knowledge Mantra
12:30 to 13:30: Lunch with Meal Mantra
13:30 to 14:30: Session 4 with Knowledge Mantra
